Unable to open Exercise Guide

when I click on 'Exercise Guide' I get 'The webpage cannot be found'

I was able to reproduce the error you received and will let our Pega Academy Dev Team know about this issue.  In the meantime you can download the exercise guide by navigating to the Before you begin lesson under the Course Introduction module.  Here you will see this screen:

If you click on the Exercise Guide on the right hand panel you should get the exercise guide:
