Unable to load Pega Runtime 19.1.113.0 after installation of Pega Runtime base version 19.1.109
When the Pega Runtime base version 19.1.109 is installed on the end user machines, the Pega product loader is unable to load the Runtime version 19.1.113 and throws an error - "Product Runtime2 is not installed". We have checked that the version 113 is downloaded to the cache folder from the Pega Synchronisation server.
The Product Loader logs are attached for reference. Could you please let us know why the runtime fails to load?
