Pega Runtime Not Loading/Crashing
One user is reporting that the Pega runtime will not load after restarting. This is the content of the event files:

The OpenSpan.Runtime.exe file is present in the directory. Windows version 21H2

@ScottC37 What is the version of Pega Native Foundation? That likely needs to be updated to accommodate Windows 10 20H2. You can update PNF independently of Runtime and your package, so you might try installing the latest PNF contained within the download for the latest Studio or Runtime. Below is a link to the release notes for PNF. The version that shipped with 19.1.86 would have worked only through Windows 10 Build 2004.

We tried upgrading the PNF to the latest version but that did not work. Would it be an issue with the person's permissions?

@ScottC37 Potentially. Without a log or any other information, it is hard to say. I would like to see a full RuntimeLog (at least one up to the crash). If that cannot be uploaded here (it might need to be scrubbed for any NPI, customer data, or proprietary information), then I would suggest opening a request with support.

@ScottC37 This might not be the right log. Do you have FilesToKeep set to more than 1? This might be the log file for the loader. Look for a file named RuntimeLog1.txt and see if it contains more information.

@ScottC37 Ok. Then likely we'd need to get a crash dump. Support is better equipped to collect and analyze that data than I am. One other thing you might look into if this is just one user is if there are any security software settings that may differ from others. Perhaps you have some security software that is blocking Runtime on this machine and not others. We have seen that happen before.
