Unable to interrogate web applications using Pega OpenSpan plugin after installing another RPA tool(work fusion)
Previously I am able to interrogate the controls using pega robotics plugin through visual studio. But now after installing other RPA tool(work fusion), I could not interrogate the web application controls. So I tried interrogating after uninstalling the same but no luck. Please help me to get through this issue.

I suggest that you open a support request as someone is going to need to look at your machine. If you do open a Support Request, please record the SR Number here so the resolution can be tracked.

I could not raise an SR as there is no account linked to my pega id. So I am actually looking for some solution which might fix this. Please find more details below after investigating the issue:
- This issue can be reproduced in any system by installing RPA Express(Workfusion free version) along with the pega openspan plugin
- This issue is not seen with either IE version <11 or Pega plugin version < 8.0.2019. That means the issue is observed only in the combination of IE 11 and Pega plugin version 8.0.2019.0
Looking for any suggestions which is inclined towards solution.

Without being able to work on your system, I would suggest then that you upgrade to a later version of Pega Robotics. There have been many fixes since February that might resolve your issue. Since you don't have an active Pega account, I am not sure how you would download it though. Perhaps someone in your organization does.
