Unable to identify incoming call pop up rule for Interaction case in Custome Service constellation application
We need to map the incoming caller name in the incoming call pop up in customer service for constellation application. To do that, we need to identify the UI rule and associated properties referred in that pop up. But in Customer Service for Constellation version 23.1.2, we are unable to find out the UI rules responsible for this pop up.
