Unable to get the customer related data fields in Segment

When trying to add the criteria in a segment, no data fields are populating for a Customer.

Hi @SwarnaliD ,

The Data fields on the Segments rely on the External Mappings of the properties and columns defined on your Customer class definition. Please make sure you have mapped all the required properties and the columns in there.
