Even we are not seeing this available for us. But you always have option to add DSS.

Create new DSS provide information as below:

Short description :- Enable Attribute Based Security
Owning Ruleset :- Pega-RulesEngine
Setting Purpose :- EnableAttributeBasedSecurity
Value :- true/false(Based on requirement)
RS :- Pega-ProcessCommander

Check if this resolves your purpose.

Meanwhile we will check reason behind removing this as default DSS.

Hi,

Starting from pega 8.2, ABAC is enabled by default. 

If you have disabled ABAC in the past, you can enable ABAC by updating a Dynamic System Setting.

You can also achieve this by setting EnableAttributeBasedSecurity via JVM argument to either true or false depending on your needs

Set -DNodeSettings="Pega-RulesEngine/EnableAttributeBasedSecurity=false"

or

-DNodeSettings="Pega-RulesEngine/EnableAttributeBasedSecurity=true"
