Icons missing after upgrade to Pega 8.2.1
After upgrading from Pega 7.1.9 to Pega 8.2.1, various icons are missing.
One example of this is the Rule-Obj-HTML , Desktop-Operator-Profile-Full (Pega-EndUserUI:08-01-01) which is referencing images that do not exist on the server such as images/rpaccess.gif. (none of the images for this html exist on the server).

Are you getting this issue in all browsers or only specific browser.Can you please get the fiddler trace and verify value of cache-control.It should be set to max-age.

Can you please check if that image file exists in your 8.2.1 environment? Go to Records-Technical-Binary File, Search for rpaccess file, one of the gif files exist in Desktop-Operator-Profile-Full,
In case if the record doesn't exist, You can alternatively create the image record under webwb, Please make sure to keep the same name and extension of the file. Refer to the image below.

Apparently these icon sets were retired in 7.4 per another community post. There is a legacy rules zip file that ships with the 8.2 media. Importing that jar replaces the missing icons. However, the interesting thing is that the rule-file-binary rules are present but cannot be opened prior to this (DB not found exceptions). When you then try to import the legacy rules, it prompts you to individually select all the rules you want to overwrite, and there is no 'select all' ability. 189 pages of rules that you have to select...

I have got the same issue , some icons are missing after the upgrade to 8.2.2 , i have import all the binary file in the LegacyRules but the same problem persist, What could be the problem ?
