Unable to edit the content in the KM article after upgrading to pega infinity

Hi,

We are unable to click on any local action after creating the draft article . We are always seeing the error like "Local actions are available only when performing the assignment ".Any help would be much appreciated.  Navigation rule has the below script "pega.ui.HarnessActions.handleMenuAction"
