Published KM article is not showing up in "All Contents", only shows up in "My Contents"
Hey There,
I am using Pega 7.2.2. I am able to publish an article and it shows the status as "Resolved-Published". But when I go to Knowledge - Content, I am not able to find that article. Even when I filter for the Author, I do not see that article. But that same article shows up under "My Contents".
How do I see the article under "All Content" or Knowledge - Content?

Hi All,
We were able to figure out the issue. There was a set limit of 500 total rows that will be displayed in the "All content". So, anything that is created that go past 500, will not be displayed on the "All content" but will show if you do a search for the same. That is why I was able to see the articles in "My Content". The issue was with the row limit as well as the sorting on the column. The sorting was on "Name" rather than "Created On". If the sorting was done on the "Created On", then at least I would have seen the latest published articles.

Hi, I tried the same use case on my Pega 7.2.2 system. The newly published article can be seen on both Knowledge -> Content : "All content" and 'My content". It should be there. Maybe you missed it?
In the top "search" field, can you search for the content? Does it show up?
To debug this issue, you can use Live UI to capture the sections and see how the list to be populated.
For example, does it use different data page to populate the list under "All content" and 'My content"?

Hi,
I did check but those articles are not there in All content. I even tried to do filtering on Author but don't find the name which I used to publish the articles.
When I publish things as simple as "test-123" they are showing up but not others. Not sure what the difference is?

Not sure why it is giving inconsistent behavior. Some articles are showing up and some are not. Even though I am using the same selections including "categories", etc.
