Changing article status to Resolved-Published using Bulk processing in Pega Knowledge

Hi Scott,

Is there anyway we can auto publish the imported contents.

What version of Pega Knowledge are you using?  The rich text editor (CK Editor) was updated recently and handles formatting better than earlier versions.

You may want to submit an SR with our Global Customer Support team, and we can review a sample if you can provide it as an attachment.

On your last question about changing the article status to published after import, the Pega Knowledge 8.1 version provides a Bulk processing feature that allows the  selection of one to many articles and the ability to change their status to Resolved-Published.  Pls lmk which version you are currently on, thanks.

Scott,

I am testing the bulk import of articles on KM 8.2. I only see "New-Draft" status for all the articles that are bulk imported and not "Resolved-Published". What am I missing?
