Bookmarking (Favorite) article in knowledge management
We have a requirement to bookmark articles. To add articles to specific folders. Can someone Please suggest the feasible approach.
we are having a challenge to save nested folders and retrieve data. Is there any OOTB rules to implement ?

@MarijeSchillern My actual question is how to implement favorite/bookmark in our application. To check are there any OOTB rules for this implementation.
I have requirement to save in folders favorited articles.
I'm good with finding the Favorites under activities in community.

Hi @GayathriP6842 - KM has the concept of following an article which is available in the Interaction Portal. We don't yet have this available in the help sites and there are no folders associated with that.
We have a roadmap item (unplanned) to make this available as a REST API. When this time comes around, I can also review the feasibility of having a folder association for them.
