Unable to download/access course content

The website is not allowing me to download course content such as zip files and exercise guides. Keep on getting the following message

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /pegasystems2/marketing/C-701-EnvironmentSetup.zip on this server.

Apache/2.4.18 (Ubuntu) Server at cdod.internapcdn.net Port 81

Can someone please look into this ASAP

I am facing the same issue as well when i try to access the exercise system on Pega Decision Management from today morning

Intermittent problems for me all day too - looks like the server has now crashed.  Trying to access the Senior Pega Marketing Consultant Course; other courses seem to be OK.
