Unable to access Pega Academy Exercise course

The link to open exercise system below opens a pop up window with only the title. - no content.

I've tried this in Edge, Firefox, Chrome, tor browsers. they all allow pop-ups. Any idea why I'm unable to get any content on the linked page?

I've been trying for a few days now.

Please note: to open the exercise system, you need to have a high bandwidth internet connection. If you have a low bandwidth internet connection, its very difficult to open it.
