@krishnakumark17090753 you appear to be using the My Pega --> My Software link to try to access the Community Edition.
Can you confirm that you successfully applied for the software via Get Started page on the community?
You need to be logged in with a valid Pega Account.

If you get an error when you click on My Software can you make sure you are affiliated to the company? I wasn't able to see your email listed as an affiliated user. See this article for more info.
Details on the requirement for your domain-email to be affiliated to a company are also detailed in the My Pega FAQ page.

Could you provide us more information on the software you are looking for? which Pega version is it? Are you getting any errors while downloading it?

@krishnakumark17090753 please see the FAQ pages I provided. I believe it's all covered in there. On your Trial tab you have the option to extend it.
The validity of community edition is 30 days only and can be extended for 15 days on request. As long as your Trial hasn't yet expired you should able to see it on My Trials
If it is not, you can use the Trial team contact email.
