pega software download error

While installing pega personal edition i was getting connect failure to database can anyone help me to relove the issue

After confirming port availability, here are the next 2 screens that I see.

Select Start to begin screen

RuleBase load complete screen

Can you share screenshots of what you are seeing, after confirming that the ports are available screen?
