Unable to download PDF from case manager portal in Personal edition, but it's downloading in dev studio

Unable to download PDF from case manager portal in Personal edition, but it's downloading in dev studio.

 

Steps: 1)In activity step1 calling @baseclass.HTMLtoPDF activity and pasing required params.

                              step2) calling activity Code-Pega-PDF.View and passing params

 

screen is loading untill close the tab but not downloading.

@KPRao Can you once check whether all the required access are in place for the manager to download the file? Once trace the activity and check whether param.IsPrivilegeAvailable is true or not. If it is false that would be the reason for the same.
