Unable to download exercise system (senior pega marketing)

Hi,

I am unable to download exercise systems for senior marketing course. I tried both Chrome & IE11, but no result. Attached the error screenshot.

Kanchan,

Please be aware, that there is no need to download the exercise systems, you can do all exercises using a personal cloud-based exercise system. (First page of the "Practicing what you learned" lessons)

BTW, just tried the download for myself and it works for me. Can you please be more specific regarding the issue you are having?
