Unable to access the Senior Pega Marketing Consultant (7.21) system

I've downloaded the exercise system and installed in accordance with the Exercise System Guide. However, when I start the system in Virtual Box the URL shows as "http://" - see attached. I've tried to "connect" using the URLs specified in the guide but these don't work. Any ideas?

I've other systems installed in Virtual Box, eg. Pega Marketing Enablement 7.13, and they start up fine.
