Unable to delete rules

When i try to delete some rules it throws an error saying Flow DeleteModalMainFlow does not exist. Please help.

The root cause in the given link is because the ApplicationProfileSetup activity is customized to include  a page-remove method as its first step. The same activity in my application does not include a page-remove.Why was i facing this error, then ?
