unable to delete the ruleset versions
Hi Team,
i am trying to delete a ruleset version through wizard. unfortunately i am getting an error while doing this like this.
RS:ABC (which is a production ruleset)
RSV: ABC:01-02-01 contains 2 extract rule types as instances in it.
trying to delete this the system is unable to found the instances hence it is not deleting the RSV.
while i a m trying to open these instances individually i am unable to open somehow these rules are picking up.
i thought might be cache issue tried after restarting the server by clearing the cache.
please help me out with this.

Hi Deepika,
There are two tables you need to check,
One obvious table is pr4_rule where the rule will be stored.
There is some metadata that we store in Data-Rule-Summary class, this data might still be present in the system.
The table related to this is pr4_rule_vw. Please find rules in this table corresponding to your ruleset and delete them to proceed further with deleting ruleset.

while i m trying to delete those corrupted rules from the backend , now i am getting hazlecast instance is not active exception.
my system is on cloud.

You did try to delete it from Db directly right?
The deletion and hazelcast might not be related, what is the exact error you are facing?
