Unable to delete Rule-OBJ-HTML rule
Hello Team,
Unable to open an instance using the given inputs: RULE-OBJ-HTML @BASECLASS XYZ #20200711T002515.218 GMT
When tried to delete a HTML rule end up with the above error message.
Please help me on this issue.

Same changes were made in testing environment and everything is working as expected now.
Suspecting the issue is started due to while check in the HTML rule kept "" (quotations).

Hello, This error means that the instance does not exist in DB. Please check whether the rule is available in that class. Aslo refer this: https://community.pega.com/support/support-articles/unable-open-instance-using-given-inputs

Thanks for the reply.
I checked it now and that rule got deleted from the system. When tried to delete it, it was thrown that error message.
But still the deleted rule (Rule-OBJ-HTML @baseclass xyz) is picked instead of latest rule.
Customized pega Login Page and done some changes as part of our requirement in that HTML rule and checked in. The latest version of the rule is not picked, when traced unauthenticated browser session. (before login).
Can you help me out on this.

Can you please save as the rule into highest ruleset version? If it is in the highest ruleset version, then try Re-validate and Save of that rule.

Saved it and tried but still it is picking the old deleted rule instead of new highest ruleset version.
Any idea why it is picked old versioned deleted rule? Please let me know.

checked Operator profile and unauthenticated version (01-02) is available. Still the deleted version is picking and if clicked on it in tracer not able to open the instance. Please find the attachment and let me know .
