Unable to create PRJarFile error

Hi All,

I'm working on downloading a zip file ( generated out of a product rule ) from a code hub repository and to import the same in a PRPC environment. Using Import wizard ( Application / Distribution / Import) selecting the downloaded zip file for import, I'm getting 'Unable to create PRJarFile' error in log file and on the UI it says 'No file information was found'. 

Steps to reproduce:

  • Create a Product rule in PRPC environment
  • Generate a zip file out of the RAP manually
  • Upload / commit the zip file into code hub repository
  • Download the zip file using java api (classes in java.net and java.io package)  - reusing code in OOTB activity PegaAccel-Management-Migration-Target.DownloadZipFile 
  • Try to import the download zip file

Has any one tried this kind of task?

Hi Pardharskurma,

Thank you for posting this query. We have seen similar issues addressed by hotfix in PRPC 6.x versions. This generally occurs when it is not possible to open a zip file by the wizard. I had suggest to raise an SR to address the reported behaviour.
