Unable to create WebTreatments.
I have pega personal edition 8.2 and pega marketing 8.2.1
I follow the 8.2 user guide to add a web treatment but pega reports "unable to create web treatments" as in screen shot below
If i go via the create drop down and choose the web option, i only get the name and description fields, no save/create & open options and no other fields. as in second screen shot
any help/ideas appreciated.

Thanks Kevin, my user was using the marketing admin group, but i have resolved this by using a different admin user, so it must be something around the configuration you are talking about.
I created a new marketing application and continued using the sample marketing admin user created when importing the sample marketing application, this user could do everything other than make this screen render correctly. I created a new admin user specifically for this new application, logged in and that user (with the same project specific operator group as the other user) could create web treatments.

what is your operator access group? If you use MarketingAdmins access group to your operator, what do you see? OOTB, I see no problems in my environment.
