unable to click on DevExpress Xtragrid Context menus
Hi All,
Could some one help us in Automating the context menus from the Devexpress xtragrid control
requirement: we have a DevExpress Xtragrid and the grid is displaying the menu when we right click on the grid, we want to click on the first context menu item
the OOTB methods from RPA are not at all working.
and they are showing the contextmenus by using the "PopupMenuShowing" event handler in the handler coding they are forming the menu dynamically. and we want to click on the context menu item by using BOT.

This has been resolved by interrogating the popup menu
they are launching the context menus by using the method popupmenushowing event, we are able to interrogate the right click menu by using the test control methods and then interrogated that, and invoked the click method.

Hello Mani,
It would be difficult to trigger action over the data binding of context menu item. You can use third-party software like DotPeek to analyze the module and see which native method is that context menu is calling . You can call that directly with a TypeExtension of the control.
