Unable to PerformClick or Click on hyperlink inside table.

Hi,

I am trying to interrogate hyperlink inside table in windows app.Tried both ways,Default and SelectElement and able to see the interrogated object in object explorer.But when am trying to use PerformClick or click on this object nothing happens.

Attaching screen shot of control on which I want to performclick and htmlcode .Please help.

It would help to see the match rules.  Are you sure you are matching?  Typically, the default match rule for an Anchor tag may have some values that need to be adjusted to match all instances.
