Displaying menus with snapstart
If one creates a new case type from within Pega's case worker portal, the screen looks like this:
When the same case is created using a snapstart URL, the screen looks like this:
Note that the navigation bar on top and the menu on the left are not available and are in fact rendered inaccessible.
Is it possible to call SnapStart in such a way that it opens the screen with full controls like in case worker?

thank you for your reply and sorry for not sharing the link. I had actually come across the documentation you shared before but didn't previously notice the "pyShowFullPortal" option in the example below. Adding it has the desired effect:

Could you share the snapstart URL used to create case type. I see similar post .
If you are using Pega 7.2 mobile applications, you can use the pyMobileSnapStart activity to open a case inside a portal - Approach is documented here:https://community.pega.com/sites/default/files/help_v72/procomhelpmain.htm.
