Snapstart URL not displaying Harness
I have a Snapstart URL which when clicked should display pyCaseWorker Portal.
This is what URL looks like:
Within the URL, I am passing in Portal Parameter like this: portalName=pyCaseWorker
When launched, I am seeing the screen but all I see is pyCaseWorker Portal, the outer Harness is not displaying at all:

It is obvious that Harness is ignored when Snapstart external URL is used but I am not sure if this is by design or something is causing the Harness not to be picked up.

I can think of two things, this is by design and Snapstart only allows a limited functionality (trying to confirm at the moment, but I doubt it) or the Harness is not being picked up for some reason (more likely)
I have done the obvious and added harnessName as parameter but it is not making any difference.
Any pointers will be much appreciated.

Mario, what exactly made you think that @baseclass.doUIAction (which you're calling from URL) suppose to draw the Portal? In fact the purpose of this activity is to be called from the portal in AJAX request and return the content of the tab (in case of createNewWork, openAssignment, etc.).
The similar question to Sahu, why do you think Data-Portal.Show-Desktop activity will do any ui action? This activity only suppose to draw the portal, isn't it?

- yes. It brings up portal.

Kirill, we are just trying different options.
The bottom line is that Harness is not being picked up during the load process, we are only seeing the Portal.
At this point in time we are not sure if that is because of the Rule resolution not seeing it or is it because of something else.

we have a similar requirement of displaying the newly created case in a new tab, but either only the case opens in a new window or the Portal opens without the case in new tab. could you please let us know if you were able to achieve the requirement of creating a new case and displaying it along with the harness?
