Unable to call SOAP services
Hi,
We have 2 application server instance A & B which has the same code base. when calling SOAP services on B from A, we are getting response, however the reverse is not true and we are getting below error:--
com.pega.pegarules.pub.services.ResourceUnavailableException: SOAP service failed
Do we need to expose or configure anything on A server so that it's services can be called from B?

Hi There,
Please try to hit the SOAP service via Soap UI or any other third party client.
Check for the detailed reason of failure. You could also trace the traffic using fiddler or network monitor tools.
Most probably it could be a firewall issue. Check if the similar ports are enable for both the servers.
