Unable to add child territory

 

Hi All, In Sales force automation, while adding child territory to parent territory then it is not being created and  no error being shown over the screen, However while tracing we found below error msg over clipboard

 

[PegaCRM-Data-SFA-BusinessTerritory.pyMessageLabel]crmBusinessTerritoryTopNodeMultiple

 

Tried all options available in implementation guide but still no luck.

 

Any idea about such issue?
