Unable to activate my account

After registering here, i got the activation mail but while clicking on it, i am not able to activate my account.

Showing the msg lyk"You are logged in but your account is pending e-mail confirmation, which is required for PDN access. Check your e-mail inbox for a message with a link to activate your PDN account." can you please help how to resolve the issue.
