Trigger mail when agent exception occurs

Hi,

I have a requirement where whenever agent exception occurs, a notification mail should be triggered. Can anyone suggest me how to achieve it?

Is there any pega OOTB available to achieve this requiurement? Iam using pega 7.1.8 version.
