Exception occured in getInstances

When we run integration wizard to create a wizard we get the error 

 (a_DataModel_DataSources.Action) ERROR Error calculating time elapsed

its not creating the rules that were supposed to be created

we are using 8.1 version and when i am trace this issue getting EXCP0001 exception getting on tracer and (a_DataModel_DataSources.Action) ERROR Error calculating time elapsed exception on pega logs.
