ConnectionProblem flow not triggered for connect soap exceptions when Resource Unavailable exception occurs

ConnectionProblem flow is not triggering for connect soap exceptions when Resource Unavailable exception occurs.

We are trying to invoke connect - soap in activity and that activity is called in Pega Integrator shape.

Can anyone please help on this.

Hi Bhagya, can you check your activity and make sure if you are not doing any exception handling in the "Connect-SOAP" method's transition step. Connection-Problem flow gets effective if exception handling not done for the method in the activity.
