Transfer Out Functionality Sorting based on Operator /Work Basket User name

ActionReAssign HTML is used for Transfer Out functionality and the sorting is based on Userid/Operator ID . How to change the sorting based on User name? DO we have any OOTB functionality for this?

What Pega version are you using? Also, the screen shot looks to me like it is sorted by user name. Am I interpreting it wrong?
