Timer in Right tab not clocking during multiple Interaction

Hi All,

During Multiple Interactions opened in CSR portal the Timer in  Right panel for previous interaction will stop clocking . Only then current interaction will show the time duration.

 

Please reply if anyone came across this issue before.

Hello,

I believe , the timer shows how much time a CSR is taking to finish an interaction. So as long as it is not wrapped up, i think it will keep clocking the time. 

Also, it is worth trying out the suggestion given in the SA if you are experiencing something similar : https://community.pega.com/support/support-articles/incorrect-behaviour-timer-interaction-header
