Limiting the number of Interaction tabs?
Hello.
So we're building a framework and an implementation of Pega 7.22 and CSi 7.22.
And we have these requirements to:
1) limit the maximum number of open tabs to 5
and
2) limit the number of Interaction tab to 1 among these 5.
I know there is a way to configure a Dynamic Container using the Multi Documents mode in order limit the number of tabs. That's how we intend to answer to the first requirement.
But we're stuck with the second. We can't find a way to quickly configure this second limit on top of the first one.
Is indeed any way to implement this without going into a deep customization?

Hi,
You can limit the maximum number of tabs by using the "Maximum Documents" configuration on the OOTB CPMInteractionPortalWorkArea under CPM-Portal class.
If you are using Pega customer Service 7.22(CRM 7.22), Additionally you need to install the HFIX-37597 to limit the tabs. (Please contact GCS to get the HFIX)

Still the second requirement we have is not answered: how to limit the number of interaction tabs to one maximim among a total number of tabs set to 5?
We want to have 5 tabs maximum opened at the same time but 1 of these tabs (and only 1) can be an interaction tab. That's what we have to achieve.
