Is there a way to hide the create stage in pega 8.8 using React Constellation

I am using Pega Constellations with React UI on Pega 8.8.1.

 

I see that create stage is mandatory in case management and also I didn't find pyStartCase flow for the case. it seems the new harness rule is replaced with create stage but the case ID is creating before I complete create stage(unlike the new harness rule). 

so is there a way to hide this create stage and display a new harness rule before the case id get's created?

I have seen solutions for hiding it for traditional Pega UI(Section and harness based). But I am looking solution for UI based on React Constellation.
