Is there a way to filter values in a value list when using it in Sum-of of Declare expression

In the above screenshot ValueListInteger() is a value list of type integer, is there a way to restrict what values in the value list will taken for the Sum of by using Using entries in which field.

I think this works only for page list and page group as we need to mention the property in "using entries in which".
