Is there a way to download an attachment from new email as they arrive?

I have a requirement to, when a new email arrives, download a PDF file that is attached to that email. Is there a way to do this through interrogation (or maybe a tool that I am unaware of)? Currently, we were using the Outlook email listener in Robotics Studio will wait for new email to arrive and then download the attachment, but have since decided that we need to fetch new email through the web url instead. Is there a way to do this?
