Is there OOTB activity to generate eform on click of a button?

Hi All

We need to generate E forms of fillable PDFs which will be attached in the UI

Please suggest a way to implement it

Have read this post already. This is just converting the E form to PDF :(

We have requirement to convert the multiple fillable PDF to E form after on click of a button.

 

For ex:

If i am uploading a fillable PDF (contains values) on click of button, E form for the respective PDF should be generated
