how to launch xml from section on click of a link or button?

I need to launch xml on click of a link or button in section. I've created an activity with all the parameters in a page and used show-page as the last step in activity. When I run that activity it is opening in the xml, where as not from the section(tried with RunActivity, Open URL in Window and other actions).

Can someone guide me to solve this problem. TIA

Hi,

Open URL in Window configured with an activity having Show-Page step should work, but the activity should have "Allow direct invocation from the client or a service" setting enabled. Please check the setting and try.

I followed same steps as you mentioned but still that didn't worked. got below error
