No I do not believe we have this capability. My guess is probably to prevent an unanticipated scenario where you might end up with an odd and weirdly disjointed table in cases where each row could have a different evaluation of the condition. Row visibility would never face such a scenario. Unless you are talking about a table wide hiding of the column, irrespective of the row contents or conditions. At which point you might as well have two different tables then. Depending on your requirement that might be overkill.
