Retaining filter condition on Table Layout

Hello,

We have a Table layout, where we can filter on columns. We have a filtered data and transfer the case to work on it.

Requirement: After transferring the case, filter should not be cleared.

@AdityaC8 There seems to be no OOTB option in your scenario. Once you complete the transaction, data page may get reloaded and will repopulate the results as per the report definition.

In case of your scenario(when your case has to be transferred with filtered list) - we can try to use 2 data pages:  a. DataPageCases       b. FilteredDataPageCases

Step1. So you can try to display the results using DataPageCases. Step2. Once we filter the list, copy the filtered data into a temporary page. Step3. Copy the data back to FilteredDataPageCases while transferring the case. Step4. Display the grid using FilteredDataPageCases.

 

There is another approach with editable data page. Let know if that is feasible in your scenario.
