System Architect Essentials 8.1 Configuring a Case Type

Good afternoon,

I am working on the above-mentioned course and I am trying to complete the Configuring a Case Type Exercise that is 75 minutes long. Once I long in to the App Studio in the online Exercise System, I click Case Types > New, and enter a name for the Case. When I hit Next I get an error message saying that an Issue has occurred and that I should contact an Administrator.

Would someone be able to help me correct this?

at the bottom of the login screen is a TENANT NAME

tell me the name of your tenant and I will look into this
