Unable to enroll for System Architect Essentials for PEGA 7.3/7.4 and System Architect Essentials for PEGA 8.1

Hello,

I just made a new account and I can't enroll for System Architect Essentials for PEGA 7.3/7.4 ( https://academy.pega.com/library/73-74/system-architect-essentials ). 

I clicked "Start Learning", then i was redirected to the page course and after i hit "ENROLL" i am redirected to a blank page which says :
