System Architect Essentials 8.1 (!) cloud exercise system does not respond

I'm following the System Architect Essentials (version 8.1) online course. Part of the course is an online enviroment. Mine got stuck and does not response to mouse clicks or other input. How do I reset?

Screenshot added is all I can get. I can close my browser and logon later and still end up with this non-responding system.
