System Architect Essentials 8.1

Section 8 (exercise). The credentials provided to start the exercise are invalid. Please advise!!

cloud based exercise system is not working throwing message "the information you entered was not recognized" when we try to login.

please resolve this issue because many are facing the same issue.

I cannot seem to reproduce this error. I am able to successfully login using the credentials provided in the exercise: author_cm@gogoroad / rules

What is the server number for your system? Look in the URL, the first part is paex, then 2 numbers, followed by a dash. For example, paex33-ap.pegacloud.io

The server number is 33. A colleague of mine had the same issue and has now been resolved via this community hub. It was something to do with the image being corrupt and had to reset the exercise system? I still get the incorrect credentials error and am unable to continue with my studies. Your assistance would be welcome.
