system Administrator flow error.
Hi Team,
Can you please help me out with this below attached error tried clearing all Cookies , Caches and restarted but still while submitting or moving to next stage I'am getting the " Contact System Adminstrator ".

Regarding tghe process how to check logs as per @SrinidhiM 's excellent suggestion, please see documentation Viewing Logs.
Did you go through some past forum questions such as this one and this one? You may need to review the configuration of your particular flow based on the above examples if it has never worked correctly.
Can you please also check our Resolved Issues documentation for "There has been an issue"? BUG-713725 has been fixed in versions 8.6.5, 8.7.2 and 8.8.

@SyamalaD16638623 Did you check on the forum for causes of authorization requests? See this post Unable to access Pega Log file
Downloading a log file requires administrator credentials for the application server that hosts Pega Platform.
Application server authentication may be required to read PEGA log files. The PegaDiagnosticUser role in the web.xml file for the DiagnosticData servlet controls access. Please consult your Pega Platform™ Installation Guide for instructions.
If you need further help please log a support incident via the MSP in order to have the support team look into your issue.
