User is receiving Error found(-16). Unknown login error. Please contact your system adminitrator

Hi Team,

We have received an error from business user where when she is logging to Pega (Chordiant Marketing Director) V 6.6.3 is receiving the error.

"Error Found (-16). Unknown login error. Please contact your system administrator"
